The Holiday Beach Parking Rate is in effect, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day weekends at North City Beach Park and South City Beach Park. Public parking at South City Beach Park and Joseph Scavo Park are available daily from 7am until dusk. Public parking at the North City Beach Park garage is available daily from 7am until 7pm. Parking lots close at posted Park closing hours. Parking at the Beach and metered street parking adjacent to Parks is convenient and affordable. Violators and Unauthorized vehicles will be ticketed and/or towed at the owner's expense per City Ordinance 16-6. Parking is allowed in designated spots only. Parking is pull in only - back in parking is prohibited. Parking lots located in City Parks are reserved for Park Patrons only.
